The second Workshop on Nonlinear PDEs in Fluid Mechanics will be held at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, on October 21–24, 2026.

The scientific programme takes place on October 22–23 in Room N202, South Building. October 21 and 24 are the designated arrival and departure dates.
The workshop brings together researchers working on the mathematical analysis of partial differential equations arising in fluid dynamics and related areas. It provides a forum for presenting recent developments, exchanging ideas, and discussing open problems, while encouraging interaction between established researchers and young mathematicians.
Topics include incompressible and compressible flows, kinetic equations, vortex dynamics, water waves and free-boundary problems, regularity, nonuniqueness, and controllability of hyperbolic systems.
Invited speakers: Dongfen Bian, Wentao Cao, Hui Chen, Yacine Chitour, Rui Jin, Wei-Xi Li, Hoai-Minh Nguyen, Trinh Nguyen, Chao Wang, Jiang Xu, and Yuzhe Zhu.
